Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun is a businessman and entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio comprising property development and investment, gaming, stockbroking, manufacturing, trading, hospitality, Internet-related businesses, utilities, media, telecommunications, insurance and education through various public and private companies namely, Berjaya Corporation group of companies, Berjaya Media Berhad, Berjaya Assets Berhad, Berjaya Retail Berhad, Cosway Corporation Limited, MOL.com Berhad, MOL AccessPortal Berhad, Informatics Education Ltd, Intan Utilities Berhad and U Mobile Sdn Bhd.

He is also the Chairman of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, Berjaya Times Square Sdn Bhd, 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd and U Mobile Sdn Bhd, a dynamic new 3G mobile phone operator in Malaysia. He is also the Managing Director/CEO of Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun also holds directorships in Berjaya Hills Berhad, Berjaya Vacation Club Berhad, Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad as well as several other private limited companies.
Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon
Director
Tan Sri Dato' Surin Upatkoon, a Thai national, was appointed Executive Director of MPHB on 4 August 2000, expanding his role on 28 August 2002, when he was appointed as Managing Director of MPHB. He is also a member of the Remuneration Committee of MPHB.

Tan Sri Dato' Surin has ammassed vast experience, particularly in the textile manufacturing industry, and has played a key role in the expansion and development of the MWE Group of Companies. He was first appointed the Managing Director of MWE Spinning Mills Sdn Bhd on 30 November 1974, taking care of its daily operations. Subsequently, he was appointed the Managing Director of MWE Weaving Mills Sdn Bhd and a director of MWE Holdings Berhad.

Currently, he also sits on the Board of Davex Holdings Berhad, Multi-Purpose Capital Holdings Berhad, Mimaland Berhad, Magnum 4D Berhad, U Mobile Sdn Bhd and several private limited companies in Malaysia. He is also a Trustee of Chang Ming Thien Foundation and Magnum Foundation.
Kenneth Chang
Director
Kenneth Chang brings with him wealth of experience in the Malaysian ICT industry when he joined Berjaya Land Berhad in year 1999. He was subsequently appointed as Executive Director of MOL.com Berhad (“MOL”), and several other subsidiaries and associated companies of MOL. He is also the founding member and Director in Qinetics Solutions Sdn Bhd, a leader in Internet Domain Name Systems in the Asia Pacific region. Currently, he is also serving as an Executive Director of U Telemedia Sdn Bhd and a Director and Member of Executive Committee of U Mobile Sdn Bhd.

He was the key driving force behind the formation and setting up of U Mobile Sdn Bhd in year 2006. He was instrumental in the building up of the company’s strategic business plan and operation, as well as the introduction of strategic investment from leading global telecommunication groups into the company. He has also been in the past carrying on the position of acting CEO in the company from time to time.

He graduated from University of Southampton, United Kingdom with a Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Electronics Engineering.
Lim Ming Seong
Director
Lim Ming Seong serves as Independent Director of Singapore Technologies Telemedia (ST Telemedia). He is Chairman of CSE Global Limited and First Resources Ltd. He also sits on the board of StarHub Ltd, U Mobile Sdn Bhd, and ST Kinetics Ltd. Mr. Lim was with Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd (ST) from 1986 through 2002, where he was Group Director. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) with a major in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Singapore. Mr. Lim also participated in the Advanced Management Programmes conducted by INSEAD and the Harvard Business School.
Sio Tat Hiang
Director
Mr. Sio Tat Hiang is the Executive Director of ST Telemedia. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Executive Vice President. As Executive Director, Mr. Sio is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of ST Telemedia. Mr. Sio is a core member involved in the formation of ST Telemedia as a new business area for Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd (ST). He is also on the Board of StarHub Ltd and TeleChoice International Limited. Prior to ST Telemedia, he served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at ST, overseeing its treasury and investment management functions. He later assumed additional responsibilities as Director of Strategic Investment and Group Treasurer. Prior to ST, he worked in the banking and financial services industries. He graduated with an Honours degree in Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and attended the London Business School Senior Management Programme.
Lim Ah Doo
Director
Lim Ah Doo is currently an Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committees of ARA-CWT Trust Management (Cache) Ltd, GP Industries Ltd, PST Management Pte Ltd and Sembcorp Marine Ltd, as well as an Independent Director of EDB Investments Pte Ltd and SM Investments Corporation. He was previously President and Vice Chairman of RGM International Pte Ltd, and among other past directorships, as an Independent Commissioner and Chairman of Audit Committee of PT Indosat Tbk. Prior to that, he held various senior positions in an international investment banking group and was Chairman of a leading regional investment bank based in Singapore from 1993 to 1995. He was also Chairman of the Singapore Merchant Bankers' Association from 1994 to 1995.

He graduated from Queen Mary College, University of London with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Engineering and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, England.
Ho Soo Ching
Director
Ho Soo Ching is currently an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Hersing Corporation Ltd. He was previously Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Manhattan Resources Limited, an equipment leasing and resource logistics company. Prior to that, he held various senior positions in the financial services sector for more than 20 years, having being involved in corporate finance and direct investment in infrastructure projects in Asia and structured financing. His experience also extends to include the coal mining, plantations and rare earth-based specialty material sectors at various times.

Mr. Ho graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Industrial Chemistry from Loughborough University, U.K. and holds a Master of Science degree in Operational Research and Management Science from Imperial College, U.K.
