U Mobile has won the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Customer Experience Award for the Overall Experience in telecommunication sector as well as the Best Contact Centre Experience, Best Mobile Experience and Best Net Promoter Score. These awards recognise U Mobile in offering its customers the best experience possible at all touch points when purchasing U Mobile products and services.
