Call Forwarding

  1. Can I de-activate Call Forwarding?

    Yes, you are able to cancel your call forwarding service by selecting “cancel all forwarding” on your mobile phone menu. However, should you wish to terminate your Call Forwarding service permanently, please call our U Mobile Customer Service at 018-3881318. Our U Mobile Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you.

  2. How do I re-activate Call forwarding upon de-activating the service?

    You may go to your call forwarding or divert call menu on your phone and select a number that you wish to divert to, then select ‘activate’ to forward your call. You may also call our U Mobile Customer Service at 018 388 1318 to re-activate this service if this service has been deactivated.

  3. When my line is barred, can I still forward my incoming calls to another number?

    No. You will not be able to forward your calls to another number once your line is barred.
