  3. Do I have to pay any registration or monthly subscription fees for Call Waiting & Hold service?

    This service is given by default and requires no registration or monthly subscription fee.

  4. Will I be charged if I re-activate the service?

    Call waiting & hold services are given by default with your mobile phone. You can manually reactivate or deactivate this service with no charges required.

  5. Will a Call Waiting & Hold icon be displayed on my phone while I am abroad?

    Yes, provided that the roaming partner’s network supports the service.

  6. What is the maximum number of calls I can put on hold?

    Only one call can be put on hold at any time.
