Colour Tones allow you to replace the standard connecting tone with choice of selected tones, so caller will able to listen to it on the line while waiting for subscriber to pick up the call.

My Playlist displays all tones you purchased from Planet Music via various channels (web, wap, IVR 1338, USSD menu browser *118#, and SMS).
Up to 25 tones can be stored at one time. You can also add tones from My Playlist to any of the My Profile types.
My Profile consists of:
When you purchase tones, they will be stored in both My Playlist and Music Box. However, if your Music Box is full, the oldest tones in your Music Box will be replaced by the new tones you purchased. The additional tones (11th tone and onwards) you purchase will be stored in My Playlist.
You can subscribe to Colour Tones from these following channels:
You will receive a renewal notice text message two (2) days before the tone expires. If you do not respond to this text message, your tone will be automatically renewed for another 30 days.
"Free msg. Colour Tones Renewal for < Tone ID > < Tone Title >. Fee RMX. Auto renewal < dd/mm/yy > unless cancelled. To cancel, send STOP CT < Tone ID > to 28118."
You will receive three individual text messages two (2) days before the tones expire. If you do not respond to the three text messages, your three tones will be automatically renewed for another 30 days.
The system will attempt to renew your tone three times from the date of expiry within three consecutive days, i.e. first attempt will be on the date of expiry, second attempt on the day after the expiry date, and the last attempt two days after the expiry date. Upon failure to renew after the third attempt, this tone will be deleted from your Colour Tones profiles and My Playlist.

It is free of charge when you subscribe to the Colour Tones service.
When you purchase a tone for the first time, you will be charged RM3 each. The tone is valid for 30 days.
To keep the same tone in your Colour Tones profile, you will receive a text message to renew your tone before the expiry date. You will then be charged RM2 each on subsequent renewals.
For instance, if you purchase two tones the first time for RM6, you will need to pay RM4 on subsequent renewals should you decide to keep both tones.
You will only pay 12 sen per minute (30 seconds block) for the IVR service. For the purchased tone, you will need to pay for the tone purchased for the first time at RM3 each.

You can preview and purchase tones from the web music catalogue in Planet Music. The tones will then be displayed in 'My Playlist'.
When you access the 'Manage My Colour Tones' section from the Internet, you can do the following:

You can subscribe to the Colour Tones service, listen, and purchase your desired tones. The purchased tones will be displayed in “My Playlist” over the web and WAP interfaces only. You will not be able to manage your Colour Tones Profiles from the IVR.
You will only pay 12 sen per minute (1 second block) for the IVR service. For the purchased tone, you will need to pay for the tone purchased for the first time at RM3 each.
You can subscribe to the Colour Tones service, view and purchase Colour Tone Hits, and enter Tone IDs to purchase tones. The purchased tones will be displayed in 'My Playlist' on the Web and Wap interfaces only. You will not be able to manage your Colour Tones Profiles from the USSD menu browser.
When you are roaming abroad, your caller will still able to listen to your selected Colour Tones when making a call to you.
When you are on domestic roaming, your caller will still able to listen to your selected Colour Tones when making a call to you.
Tones purchased via your previous mobile phone number will not be available as your Colour Tone account is tied to your previous mobile phone number. You will have to register your new mobile number and download your tones again.
