  2. Where can I download U Mobile content?

    There are two ways to access mobile content. You can visit the U Mobile WAP portal via your mobile phone at http://wap.u.com.my, or log on to http://www.u.com.my via internet access.

  3. Which mobile network is this content service available for?

    This service is available to all U Mobile users in Malaysia.

  4. Is my mobile phone compatible?

    We cannot guarantee that your mobile phone model is compatible with the content we offer. Please check your mobile phone manual for supported features. Contents offered are made available for most of the popular mobile phone models in the market. The supported mobile phone models are also listed within our WAP portal prior to downloading.

  5. I did not receive the content I’ve requested. Will I be charged?

    No. You will only be charged after you have received the content on your mobile phone. However, please ensure that your mobile phone supports the type of content you wish to download as certain models are able to receive content but are unable to display or install it. We advise you to check the Phone Compatibility Guide before downloading any content.

  6. I requested for content but never received it. Why?

    Kindly check if your message inbox is full. If it is, clear some items to make way for the content to be pushed to your mobile phone.

  7. Will I receive the content if my mobile phone is switched off?

    Yes, it will be pushed to your mobile phone once you have switched it on. However this will only be valid for 24 hours.

  8. How many content downloads can I request for?

    You may request as many as you wish. The content that you wish to save on your mobile phone depends on the size of the mobile phone memory or the memory card. You may need to delete some items before you can save or install new content downloads.

  9. I sent an SMS to purchase content but received an error message. Why?

    You must type the exact keywords as shown on the screenshots or instructions.
