- What are the SMS/MMS Packages or Alerts?
The SMS/MMS package or alert service is a pre-subscribed service by customers, whereby the content will be sent via SMS or MMS to the subscribers’ mobile phones on a daily or weekly basis.
- How do I subscribe to SMS/MMS packages?
Type ON / DAFTAR < space > < portal keyword > < space > < package name > and send to 28118.
- How many SMS/MMS packages can I subscribe to?
You may subscribe to as many packages as you wish. However, you are not allowed to subscribe to the same package more than once.
- How can I unsubscribe to SMS/MMS packages?
Type STOP / BATAL< space > < portal keyword > < space > < package name > and send to 28118.
- Which mobile network is this content service available for?
This service is available to all U Mobile users in Malaysia.
- Is my mobile phone compatible?
The service is supported on all mobile phones that are SMS enabled. However MMS packages are supported only on 3G mobile phones.
- How much are package subscriptions?

SMS Package:
- (a) 1 SMS daily: RM1
- (b) 3 SMS daily: RM3
- (c) 1 SMS monthly: RM3
- (d) 1-5 SMS daily: RM5

MMS Package:
- (a) 1 MMS daily: RM5
- (b) 1-2 MMS daily: RM8.
The charges will be deducted from your prepaid account or reflected in your monthly postpaid bill. The charges will also be informed prior to subscribing to the services.
