Enterprise Pay As You Use

  1. What will I get if I subscribe to this plan?

    2. The Pay As You Use Plan is a commitment-free plan where you will only be charged as per your usage.

  2. Can I opt for Non-Itemized billing if I subscribe to this rate plan?

    3. Itemized billing is required to be bundled with this plan, therefore non-Itemized billing is not allowed for this plan.

  3. Can I change the rate plan if I am still under contract for this plan?

    4. Since your account is tied to a 6 months’ contract, change of rate plan is not allowed until or after the contract has matured. However, If you would still like to change the rate plan, there will be penalty imposed for early termination.

  4. What is my credit limit? Can I increase / decrease my credit limit?

    5. Credit limit is RM150 per line. Yes, it is possible to request for an increase/decrease in your credit limit. Please contact our Account Manager for further information.

  5. Will I be charged if I want to terminate the line before my contract expires?

    6. Yes, you will have to pay an early termination fee if you terminate the line before the contract expires, which is a one-time charge of RM50 and this will be reflected in your next bill statement.

  6. Will I get data services if I subscribe to this plan? If yes, what are the charges like?

    7. Yes, we have the Data Pay As You Use Plan at 5 sen/MB by default. Otherwise, you can also subscribe to our available U Broadband Plans.
