  1. What does U Mobile U10 offer?

    U Mobile U10 is a supplementary plan tied to all U Mobile Postpaid plans.

  2. Who is eligible to sign up for U10?

    Principal who sign up with U Mobile Postpaid plan (including Phone Bundle Plans) under U38, U68 and U98.

  3. How many supplementary lines can a Principal line subscribe to?

    U10 is offering up to 1 supplementary line per Principal.

  4. Do I need to pay advanced payment or deposit to register a supplementary line?

    An advance payment of RM10 will be collected. However, a deposit of RM 1000 is required for foreigner subscribing to this plan.

  5. If my usage is less than RM10, how much will I be charged?

    You will still be charged for the access fee of RM10.

  6. Any family discount?

    Yes. A 50% discount is given on the commitment fee for Principal and access fee for supplementary every 6 months.

  7. How will I know that I have been given the family discount?

    It will be reflected on your 7th month bill statement. E.g. If the 1st supplementary line is activated on 5th January and therefore, the discount will appear in your July bill statement.

  8. How is the family discount being measured?

    The following is an example on how to measure the discount:
    [Principle line (U38)+Supplementary Line] X 50%
    Hence,
    [RM38+RM10] X 50%
    = RM48 X 50%
    = RM24, Discount Entitle

  9. What happens if my supplementary line is terminated? Do I still get to enjoy this benefit?

    You will not be entitled to the family discount if there is no more supplementary line under your account.

  10. If I have 2 supplementary lines but I have terminated the 1st supplementary line. Am I entitled to the family discount?

    Yes, you will be entitled to the family discount as you have one remaining supplementary line.

  11. How is the family discount being measured now since I have only 1 remaining supplementary line?

    The family discount will be given based on the activation date for the 1st supplementary line.

  12. Can I transfer my Principal line to one of my supplementary lines? Any charges?

    Yes. RM20 will be charged for transfer of ownership.

  13. What happens if I terminate my Principal account?

    The rest of your supplementary lines will be terminated as well.

  14. Is my IDD and IR call charges included in the RM10 monthly access fee?

    No, IDD and IR calls are charged separately.

  15. What is the credit limit for a supplementary line?

    The credit limit for a supplementary line will be shared with the principal line. E.g. If the principal has subscribed to U38, therefore the total limit of the principle and supplementary line is RM150.
