U Platinum

It is available for a limited period.

ETC will be based on the daily Access Fee (Monthly Access Fee divided by 30 days) multiplied by the number of days remaining in the contract. *Cancellation Charges calculation: E.g.: if we receive your termination notice on the 5th day of the 3rd month of the Minimum Period (U Platinum; Access Fee: RM498; Minimum Period of Service: 36 months;), your Cancellation Charges will be as follows:

The remainder of the Advance Payment that has not been offset in the monthly bills will be forfeited. Early Termination Charges (ETC) will also apply.

Yes. But downgrading is only allowed after full completion* of the contract, ie. 36 months. *Full completion includes full settlement of all amounts due to U Mobile by the subscriber.

Yes. Subscriber of U Platinum can port out:- • after completion of 36-month contract • after paying off the penalty and all amounts due to U Mobile (if 36-month contract is not fulfilled at the time of request).

There is no limit but 1 subscriber is eligible for 3 principal lines. You can sign up to 3 rate plans with U Mobile. This will include existing voice / broadband plans and the Voice & Data plans.

Yes. You will have to pay your monthly bill via credit card, with auto debit enabled.

Yes. You may pay by either cash or credit card.

The contract period for U Platinum is 36 months.
