We’ve upgraded MyUMobile App with a brand new look and new exciting features while maintaining everything that you love about the previous version! Features include:

Yes. You are required to login as a U Mobile subscriber to use MyUMobile App. To learn how you can join U Mobile, please visit http://u.com.my/support/upgrade-to-u.

Please tap on FIRST TIME LOGIN on the login screen. You will be asked to provide your U Mobile number, after which a temporary PIN will be sent to you via SMS for your first time login. Once logged in, you are advised to change your PIN.

Please tap on FORGOT PIN? on the login page. You will be asked to provide your U Mobile number, after which a new login PIN will be sent to you via SMS/email.

To check your usage balance, simply swipe up on the Usage Balance tab at the bottom of the self-care landing page. You can also access the usage balance screen via the main navigation menu by clicking on in the top left corner.

You can check your payment history under Bills & Payments, accessible via the main navigation menu by clicking on in the top left corner.

To check the data usage of each line under your account, click on the centre of the data usage pie chart on the Usage Balance page.

Yes, you can. Simply go to the Add-Ons page to purchase your desired add-on.

You can check whether your payment has gone through by tapping on Bill Statement under the Bill Payment page.
