What does U Mobile U68 Plan offer?

The U Mobile U68 Plan is a commitment voice plan which is purely based on usage with no monthly access fee required. It is offered to the mass market in the Klang Valley and is only applicable to 3G mobile phones.

Who can subscribe to the U Mobile U68 Plan?

This plan is open to all eligible Malaysian and foreigners.

Is there an activation fee involve upon registering for U68 Plan?

There is no activation fee.

How much do I have to pay every month to enjoy U Mobile U68 Plan?

There is a monthly commitment fee of RM68 per month which will be charged to offset usage charges for voice call, video call, SMS and MMS.

What is are the Value Added Services (VAS) offered upon registration of the U Mobile U68 Plan?

Are existing Postpaid customers allowed to convert to the U Mobile U68 Plan?

As a Prepaid user, am I allowed to switch and sign up for the U Mobile U68 Plan?

Yes, you are allowed to sign up for U68 plan but with proper postpaid registration process applies.

Can I convert the plan from Surf With U (with USB modem) to U68 Plan?

Conversion from Surf With U (with USB modem) to U68 Plan is not allowed as both plans cater to different services. Surf With U is for data usage whereas U68 Plan is for voice.

I'm on Pay As You Use package now, can I subscribe to U Mobile's unlimited data plan?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is walk in to any of our U Mobile Service Centres and request to add on Surf with U, our unlimited data service to your current voice plan. Call-in subscription is not allowed. You will be billed for the monthly charges via the bill statement.

Can I send MMS and access other U Mobile's 3G services when I am out of Klang Valley?

No. You need to be within Klang Valley (our 3G netowrk coverage area) to send out MMS or access to our other 3G services. However, you will be covered with Domestic Roaming with Celcom when out of Klang Valley.
