How to check balance

1. Key in *118# and press Call.
2. When U Mobile Menu appears, select “Account Information”.
3. Select “Credit Balance”. You now can check your balance.

How to Top-Up

1. Key in *138* followed by the 14 digit top-up number, then # and press Call
   eg. *138*11112222333344#.
2. Please wait for confirmation of top-up SMS.
3. To check balance, key in *118# and press Call.

Top-Up Validity (4 denominations)
Four top up voucher denominations will be offered in the market:

• RM10      : 10 days
• RM30      : 30 days
• RM50      : 50 days
• RM100   : 100 days

When to Top-Up
When your credit balance is running out, you’ll hear a single “beep” 10 seconds before your line gets cut off. Listen out for 3 quick “beeps” that tells you your call is about to be disconnected when your balance reaches RM0.

So hurry and top-up before your prepaid credit runs out!

Note: Top-Ups are limited to RM500 per day.
