NOTIFICATION

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be conducting the following surveys to collect data pertaining to access and usage of Internet and radio in Malaysia.

  1. Radio Listeners Survey 2018
  2. Internet Users Survey 2018
  3. e-Commerce Consumers Survey 2018

 

Canvassing period is from March to August 2018. Calls will be made to respondents selected at random from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, except for national and Selangor public holidays. Survey completion and/or extensions will be announced on the MCMC website: www.mcmc.gov.my.

 

Please note that the survey does NOT collect any money nor solicit any sales. MCMC has assured that data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only to formulate national and state statistics. While the survey is not compulsory, we would like to strongly urge our customers to give the fullest cooperation if selected. Thank you.
