This is to inform that the Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) is conducting the Mobile Broadband Users Survey 2013. Canvassing period is from 9 March 2013 until 18 July 2013 as notified in major newspapers on 22 February 2013. Calls will be made to respondents selected at random from 9.00am to 5.00pm daily including Saturdays and Sundays except public holidays. Survey completion and/or extensions will be announced in the SKMM website: www.skmm.gov.my.

Please note that the survey does NOT collect any money nor solicit any sales. SKMM has assured that data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only to formulate national statistics. While the survey is not compulsory, we would like to strongly urge our customers to give the fullest cooperation if selected. Thank you.
