Only subscribers on the new ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan may view & subscribe to the ULTRA Prepaid Borneo 20.

Older Prepaid Rate Plan subscribers (e.g., 5G-Ready Prepaid, Unlimited FUNZ, Unlimited Power, Power Prepaid) need to first upgrade to the ULTRA Prepaid Rate Plan via MyUMobile App to view & subscribe to the ULTRA Prepaid Borneo 20. You may follow the steps below.

Step 1: Launch the MyUMobile App & tap the menu bar button located at the top left corner.

Step 2: Click your plan name (e.g., 5G-Ready Prepaid, Unlimited FUNZ, Unlimited Power, Power Prepaid) located below your name & mobile number. 

Step 3: Tap on Switch Plan.

Step 4: Tap on Switch my Prepaid Plan, then tap Confirm.
