Postpaid Exclusive Deals

Postpaid Exclusive Deals is a special promotion created to reward and thank U Mobile customers subscribed to Postpaid plans such as GX68, P79, P99 and P139. It is a reward that recurs every Tuesday via the MyUMobile App.

This reward is open to active U Mobile Postpaid customers who are subscribed to GX68, P79, P99 and P139, with a minimum tenure of 1 month, and have downloaded the MyUMobile App, either from Google Play, Apple Store or Huawei AppGallery.

This reward is available from 4 May 2021 to 1 June 2021 and recurs every Tuesday within the reward period (inclusive of both start date and end date of the reward period).

The 1-month tenure is calculated from the date of activation of your Postpaid plan. The list of eligible subscribers will be refreshed every Sunday – 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th of May 2021, at 11:59pm.
In order to be eligible for this promotion, your tenure must be a minimum of 1 month (or 31 days) on the dates stated above.

Step 1: Download and install the MyUMobile App
Step 2: Login to your eligible Postpaid account in the MyUMobile App
Step 3: Tap on Rewards
Step 4: Navigate to the "Postpaid Exclusive Deals” category

“Postpaid Exclusive Deals” is available every Tuesday. Log in to your MyUMobile App every Tuesday to grab the reward. This reward is on a first come, first served basis.

The reward is based on a first come, first served (up for grabs) basis. Kindly ensure your MyUMobile App is updated to the latest version.

Voucher that has been successfully grabbed will be saved into your “My Voucher” tab in the MyUMobile App.
Kindly present the voucher at a participating merchant’s store for redemption before the voucher’s validity surpasses the end date. You may refer to the voucher validity from the voucher’s Terms & Conditions stated in the MyUMobile App upon claiming the voucher.

Yes. All vouchers must be redeemed within the voucher’s validity period. Kindly refer to the detailed Terms & Conditions stated in each voucher via the MyUMobile app.
Any unredeemed vouchers will be forfeited upon expiry and forfeited vouchers will not be compensated.
