U Mobile Online Store is an e-shopping facility which allows you to make purchases from the U Mobile website and have your purchases shipped directly to you. Shop for mobile devices, prepaid and postpaid rate plans, broadband plans and more from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Purchases via U Mobile Online Store can only be made by Malaysians at the current moment. However, if you are interested to purchase prepaid and postpaid plans from U Mobile, you are most welcome to walk-in to any U Mobile Service Centre. Just bring your valid passport to subscribe to our plans. A deposit may be required (depending on the plan subscribed).

  1. To place an order, click on BUY NOW under the item you wish to purchase at the Online Store homepage.

  2. This will redirect you to the specific product page. Select the device’s colour, capacity, rate plan and SIM type then click CHECKOUT.

  3. Enter the required details for validation.

  4. Once we have validated your details, you can view your cart and proceed to mobile number selection.

  5. Fill in your personal details for plan registration purposes.

  6. If you have not yet signed up for an online store account, create one by entering your details and password and login to complete your registration. If you’re an existing user, click on “Already registered? Click here to login”.

  7. Key in your email and password to login to your Online Store account.

  8. Choose your delivery address/billing address and click Next.

  9. Select your payment method and click Next.

  10. Note: Currently we only accept payment via credit card/debit cards issued in Malaysia.

  11. You have to complete your payment within 15 minutes. Click Continue to make payment to proceed to Maybank’s payment gateway page.

  12. Once we have received your payment, you will receive your order reference ID. You can keep track of your SIM Card/device delivery status via your reference ID. Your products will be delivered to you by our delivery partner.

  13. To check your order status and activate your new SIM card, just login to your online store account.

  14. Note: SIM activation option will only be available once your parcel status is “In-Transit”.

Your satisfaction is at the top of our priority list and to ensure that we can provide the best customer experience, all customers must create an account with us for easy shopping and tracking purposes. Once you have registered your account details, your personal information can be conveniently retrieved from your account for subsequent purchases.

No, you don’t. All Malaysian users with a valid email account can sign up for an online store account.

No worries! You can request for a new password by clicking on the “Forgot your password?”.

The U Mobile Online Store accepts Visa or Mastercard credit cards and debit cards issued in Malaysia. Foreign issued credit cards will not be accepted for payments made at U Mobile Online Store.

At the moment, we do not provide any form of instalment or auto-debit facilities on U Mobile Online Store. However, you can always check out our device bundle plan like U MicroCredit or UPackage for iPhone if you prefer to purchase using an instalment plan.

We will send you an email to confirm whether your payment is successful. All successful transactions will receive an email confirmation that contains the order reference number. If you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us at online.store@u.com.my to confirm the status of your order before attempting a second payment to avoid multiple transactions.
