1. How do I re-activate Call Forwarding upon de-activating the service?

  • Step 1: Select < Menu > on your mobile phone.
  • Step 2: Select < Tools > and then select < Settings >.
  • Step 3: Under the Settings menu, select < Call Divert >
  • Step 4: Select < Voice Calls >.
  • Step 5: Choose the type of Call Forwarding < Diverts > and then select < Activate >.
  • Step 6: Select to which number you would like to divert the call to (mailbox number or other number) and wait for the request progression bar to complete.
