1. How do I place a call on hold while receiving another incoming call?

1) To answer the incoming call,

  • Step 1: Press <option>
  • Step 2: Select <answer>
The incoming line will be answered while the current line will be automatically put on hold.

2) To reject the incoming call,

  • Step 1: Select <reject>

3) To switch between line,

  • Step 1: Press <option>
  • Step 2: Select <swap>>
