To make an IDD call, follow these steps:
  • Step 1: Dial “00” or “+”
  • Step 2: Followed by the country code
  • Step 3: Next, key in the area code
  • Step 4: Lastly, followed by the phone number
Refer to the Country List for the respective country codes.
