1. How do I make a Video Call within the U 3G coverage areas or when I am roaming?

  • Step 1 : Select contact list from address book
  • Step 2 : Select < video call > from the option
  • Step 3 : Wait for the other party to accept the call
Please note that you will only be able to enjoy video call service while roaming if the network provider allows using the service.

2. How do I accept a Video Call upon receiving a notification?

  • Step 1: You will be notified of an incoming video call.
  • Step 2: You will have an option to accept or reject the call.
  • Step 3: When you accept the call, you will be able to view the caller.
