How To - Videomail

1. What do I need to do to start using this feature?

There is no activation need to be done or no mailbox setup in order to use the videomail service. You just have to key 1322 and press < Option >. Then select < Video call > to view your video messages.

2. If I were to be outside of the U 3G coverage area, is there a way for me to retrieve my Videomail?

You will not be able to retrieve videomails outside the U 3G coverage area.

3. How do I send a Videomail for my friend?

• Step 1: Dial recipient’s mobile phone number e.g. 018 1234567
• Step 2: Press and select

4. How can I create a greeting for my selected calls?

You will not be able to create a greeting for your selected calls. Only one greeting is used for all calls once you activate the service.
