If you do not see "U Mobile" displayed on the top part of your mobile display, you can select our network as your preferred network in Malaysia manually*.
Just follow the steps below to select U Mobile as your preferred roaming network in Malaysia:
Nokia On your handset menu, select > Settings > Phone Settings > Network Selection > Manual
Sony Ericsson On your handset menu, select > Settings > Networks > Select Network
Motorola On your handset menu, select > Network > Available Network
Siemens On your handset menu, select > Network Selection > Selection Mode > Manual OR On your handset menu, select > Setup > Network > Configuration> Choose Network
Samsung On your handset menu, select > Handset Setting > Network Service > Network Selection > Selection Mode > Manual
For other models, please follow the steps below to select our network:
On your handset menu, select > Settings or Network Selection > Available Networks > U Mobile
"U Mobile" should appear on top of your mobile’s display once you’ve successfully completed the steps above.
*Before departing your home country, make sure that U Mobile is one of your home network’s preferred roaming partners in Malaysia. To ensure a successful logon, make sure that you are located within U Mobile’s coverage area and you have already subscribed to international roaming with your home network.
