Unlimited Mobile Internet is a 30 day bundled service for local voice calls, local SMS and data ("Plan").
Unlimited Mobile Internet is available to U Mobile prepaid subscribers only and is not available to BlackBerry® service and U Broadband subscribers. If you are a U Broadband subscriber, your existing U Broadband service will be automatically terminated when you activate Unlimited Mobile Internet.
The Plan cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
The Plan is provided according to the Terms of Service in our Registration Form. You must comply with those Terms of Service including our Fair Use Policy and these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms").
We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges.
This Plan cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.
This Plan is available until withdrawn by us.
Activation and Charges
You may activate the Plan by dialing *118# on your mobile device.
Before you activate, you must have a credit balance of at least RM28. After you activate, you must have at least RM0.05 in your credit balance or you will not be able to use the free SMS, voice minutes or the data service in the Plan.
The activation fee is RM28. We will deduct RM28 from your credit balance whether or not the activation was authorised by you. No refunds or request for credit will be entertained.
The validity period is 30 days from activation. On its expiry, your subscription will be automatically rolled-over only if you have a credit balance of at least RM28 and a validity period of at least 30 days. Any unused credit will be rolled over for use. However, your unused credit must not exceed in aggregate 200 minutes and 60 SMS at the time your subscription is rolled over. Any call credit or SMS which exceeds this limit will be forfeited. .
If your subscription cannot be automatically rolled-over because you have insufficient credit balance or your validity period is less than 30 days, your subscription will not be rolled over. Any unused credit balance or unused SMS will be forfeited and our standard charges will apply for any calls that you make or any SMS that you send.
You may activate as many Plans as you like. Any unused credit will only be roll-over as provided above.
Unlimited Mobile Internet Plan will take precedence over any other free voice calls, SMS or data from another U Mobile promotion. These free voice calls, SMS or data cannot be used to offset against the activation fee of the Plan.
If you exceed the allocated call credit or SMS under this Plan, we will notify you via SMS or you can check your balance at any time by dialing*118#. However, you are not entitled to any refund or credit if we fail or delay in sending you the SMS notification.
If you wish to terminate the Plan, you can unsubscribe by calling customer service at 1318 or +60183881318. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
Voice Service
By subscribing to the Plan, you will enjoy 100 minutes local calls (excluding call forwarding and special numbers eg 1300 or 1800 numbers). If you exceed this call credit or use our call forwarding service or dial special numbers, our standard charges will apply.
Your allocated call credit will be deducted based on the duration of your calls. If you make any on-net calls your usage block is based on 60 seconds. If your calls are made off-net, your usage block is based on 30 seconds. 'on-net' means calls made within U Mobile's 3G network. Off-net means any calls which are made outside U Mobile's 3G network.
If you use our multi-party conferencing service, your accumulated outgoing calls will be included as part of your allocated call credit.
Data Service
By subscribing to the Plan, you will enjoy unlimited data usage but you will still be subject to our Fair Use Policy. In addition, if you exceed 500MB at any time, your data speed will be reduced to 64kbps until the Plan expires. Once you activate another Plan, we will endeavor to reinstate your data speed as soon as possible upon your activation.
The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability.
Actual speeds will vary and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your hardware and software and the general Internet traffic.
SMS
By subscribing to the Plan, you will enjoy 30 SMS. If you exceed this limit, our standard charges will apply.
