By using this Service you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service in our Registration Form including our website terms of use, our Fair Use Policy and the following terms and conditions (collectively "Standard Terms of Service"). We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. However, if you do not agree with the changes that we wish to make, you may stop using this Service.

International Airtime Transfer is a value added prepaid mobile service which allows you to transfer fixed mobile airtime credits to overseas prepaid mobile accounts on the networks of participating mobile service providers ("Service"). You are only able to transfer airtime credits according to the denominations in the foreign currencies to designated countries which we offer from time to time.

To use this Service, you must be physically present within Malaysia when you initiate the transfer. You cannot use the Service if you are roaming outside Malaysia. This Service is only available if you are our prepaid subscriber and/or the subscriber of any other mobile service provider that we may include from time to time.

This Service is available to customers 18 years and over. If you are below 18 years old you must get your parents' or guardian's consent before using this Service.

You require a handset which is enabled with UMB/USSD to use this Service.

This Service may be provided by us and our agent. We may suspend or stop providing this Service at any time without notice. This Service will only be available for transfer of airtime credits to the advertised countries which we may add or remove from time to time without notice to you.

We do not guarantee that this Service will be available at all times and be fault-free. This Service is subject to our network capacity and other restrictions including without limitation, any restrictions or terms imposed by other mobile service providers or our agent. We may alter or cancel this Service or any part of this Service without notice to you.

In addition to our rights under the Standard Terms of Service, we are able to cancel, suspend or restrict your use of this Service at any time and for any reason without notice, including, if:

• we believe that network traffic generated by this Service is impairing, interfering with or damaging our network; or
• we need to do maintenance to or protect our network or systems, or
• you do anything which breaches these terms and conditions; or
• your account does not have sufficient credit for the selected denomination or to cover charges incurred as a result of your use of this Service or the validity period for any credit in your account has expired.

You must comply with all applicable laws including any content guidelines when using this Service. You must also comply with our guidelines or policies and any instructions received from us in your use of this Service from time to time.

You will be charged the rates which are stated in the USSD/UMB menu based on your choice of denomination and destinations. There will be no charge for the SMS notification which you will receive upon the successful or failed transfer. However, we may change our rates at any time or impose such other rates as we may specify in the USSD/UMB menu. You should check our rates before you initiate the transfer.

You will be charged for your use of this Service whether or not the charges were authorised by you or have arisen from any causes whatsoever.

We provide this Service to you on an "as-is" basis without any warranties or representations of any kind whether express or implied. You use this Service at your own risk.

You indemnify us against any and all liability to the full extent possible under law from any claim or liability relating to your use of this Service.

To the extent permitted by law, we, and our employees, officers, agents contractors and related bodies corporate exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) arising from the use of this Service whether or not this is caused by a negligent act or omission. To the extent that we (and each other party) are prohibited at law from excluding liability, we (and each other party) limit our liability to the extent permitted by law, to the resupply of this Service or a refund of the charges paid by you in relation to the specific incident to which the liability relates.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver.
