Information on how to enter this Contest forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this Contest is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by U Mobile.

This Contest is open to all new and existing U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) postpaid and prepaid customers and will commence from June 9 2010 (12:01am) to August 9 2010 (11:59pm).

Entry qualification is automatic. No pre-registration or Contest entry forms are required.

Every 25th ZGames downloader will stand a chance to win attractive prize specified in the page earlier. Winners are required to answer one (1) simple and easy question correctly on the phone call in order to win the prizes.

The selection of winners will be conducted accordingly and winners of the Contest will be notified via phone. Prizes may only be collected upon verification of the winners’ Identity Card (NRIC) number and their mobile phone number. Participants will be required to provide their personal particulars for the prizes to be couriered to their designated home addresses.

U Mobile may at its discretion, without notice, substitute a similar prize or one of equivalent value which is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the contestants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all warranties in connection with this Contest. All winners agree to release U Mobile from, and indemnify U Mobile against, all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising out of acceptance or use of any prize(s) or participation in this Contest.

Employees of U Mobile Sdn Bhd and its related companies, their agencies, dealers, distributors, sponsors and immediate families are ineligible to participate in the Contest.

Each contestant consents for his particulars to be submitted via any medium for publicity purposes and for announcing the winners and consents to receiving online communication from U Mobile for marketing programs or future contests.

U Mobile may terminate the Contest at any time and may at its discretion elect not to award any prize.
