• Key in your MSISDN, then proceed to login using your email address.
• After, key in the details of your broadband susbscription. Note that you will need your IC/Passport number and your billing account number
• Proceed to login using your email address and password
• Once your password is verified, you will be directed to the Homepage.

If you have more than one MSISDNs with U Mobile, you may perform steps in Q5.
