  1. What is 7-day Money Back Guarantee (MBG)?
  2. 7-day MBG is a trial period for new subscribers for all the Postpaid Modem Bundling Plans

  3. Who will be eligible for the 7-day MBG?
  4. The 7-day MBG will only be applicable to all new subscribers of Postpaid Modem Bundling Plans; which include:-
    • 7.2mbps modem bundling plans
    • 21mbps MiFi modem bundling plans
    • 42mbps modem bundling plans

  5. When the 7-day period will commence?
  6. The 7-day period will start on the activation date itself and end on the 7th day of the retail operating hours (which include Saturday and Sunday)

  7. Are there any Terms & Conditions for the 7-day MBG?
  8. Yes, there are Terms & Conditions which applied to this. Pls refer to below:-

    Terms & Conditions
    • Only for new subscribers of Postpaid Modem Bundling Plans
    • Data usage must not exceed more than 500MB
    • The modem must be a customized modem with UM’s logo or identification. To return the modem in good condition with purchase documentation ( i.e. invoice/receipt as proof of purchase) and accessories contained in the box/packing if the subscribers decide to opt for MBG.

  9. Good condition modem? What is the acceptable / tolerance level for the good condition modem?
  10. Defination of ‘Good Condition’ (Modem)
    • The modem, quick guide and warranty card still intact
    • The modem should look clean with non-permanent stain or scratches
    • Able to function as normal once it is plug in (no configuration change)
    • Packing should be in good condition, not tear, no stain or damage

  11. What is the refundable amount?
  12. You will be refunded with the full payment amount which includes the activation fee.

  13. How can I check my refund status?
  14. You can always reach us thru our hotline at +6018 388 1318 for refund status checking or any other enquiry.

  15. When will I get my money back?
  16. The refund process will takes approx. 30-45 days from the date request and the refund amount will be made via cheque and delivered direct to your mailing address.

  17. What should I do if I want to proceed with the 7-day MBG request?
  18. You are required to walk in to any of U Mobile’s Customer Service Centre nationwide for this request.
