  1. What is the BlackBerry® Unlimited Data Promotion about?

    BlackBerry® Unlimited Data is a promotion for users who subscribe to BlackBerry® Day / Week / Month service plan; you will be given an unlimited FREE Data.

  2. Who is eligible to this promotion?

    The promotion is available for both new subscribers of the BlackBerry service and existing subscribers who want to continue renewing their BlackBerry service plan.

  3. What can the Unlimited Data be used for?

    The Free Unlimited Data can be used for YouTube and streaming services.

  4. How long is this promotion available?

    The promotion is available from 7th July 2011; upon promotion end, an SMS will be sent to inform to the subscriber.

  5. Is there any cap on FREE Data given?

    Is there any cap on FREE Data given? For this promotion, Day plan will be given a cap of 10MB, Week plan, a 100MB and Monthly plan, a 500MB.

    Note: FREE data is only meant for Non-BlackBerry Service.

  6. Are there any additional charges if I have exceeded the FREE Data allocated?

    No additional charges. Speed will be throttled to existing FUP requirement.

  7. What if the FREE Data allocated has been used up and I have successfully renewed the BB plan?

    Upon the successful renewal of your BB plan, you will enjoy the existing promotions mentioned above.

  8. If I am an existing subscriber on BB weekly plan to which my service only expires on 10th of July, will I still enjoy the FREE data promotion?

    For an existing subscriber, free data promotion will be available upon the successful renewal of the BB plan.

  9. I’ve suspended the BB service on 13/08/2011 and reactivated it again on 02/09/2011, how much free data am I entitled to have after the reactivation?

    FREE data will be granted depending on the BB plan that you are subscribed to. E.g. For BlackBerry Monthly plan, 1GB FREE data will be given.

  10. If my BB plan just renew with old price, will I given with previous FREE data quote?

    Yes, if BB package has been renewed with old price before 6th Oct, you will enjoy the previous FREE data given.

  11. Previously my free data is given for 1GB, now after I renew my subscription, I notice my free data has been reduce to 500MB?

    Effective 6th Oct 2011, FREE Data promotion is revising respective to BlackBerry service plan that you sign up. Detail of FREE Data you may refers to Question 5 above.
