    7. The validity periods are as below :
    RM10 – 30 days
    RM30 – 90 days
    RM50 – 150 days
    RM100 and above – 300 days max

  7. What is the maximum no. of days allowed for the active period?

    8. Up to a maximum of 300 days active period is allowed at any one time.

  8. What if I top up RM11 via dealer?

    9. You will be granted 30 days active period.

  9. What about the rest of the top-up denominations?

    10. The validity periods are as below:
    RM5 – RM9 : 15 days
    RM10 – RM29 : 30 days
    RM30 – RM49 : 90 days
    RM50 – RM99 : 150 days
    RM100 and above : 300 days

  10. If I top up RM10 twice in a day, how many days active period will I be granted?

    11. Your top up validity will be calculated based on 30 days from the 2nd top up made.

  11. If I top up RM10 and followed by RM30 the same day, when will my top up validity expire?

    12. Your top up validity will be calculated based on 90 days from the 2nd top up made.

  12. If I top up RM30 and followed by RM10 the same day, when will my top up validity expire?

    13. Longest validity applies here. Therefore, you will be granted 90 days based on the 1st top up.
