GoPayz Users Sending CNY E-angpows Via The App’s P2P Transfer Feature Stand To Win Year-long Insurance Coverage And GoPayz Credit

KUALA LUMPUR, 25 JANUARY 2021 – GoPayz, the universal standalone e-wallet developed by U Mobile, is celebrating this Chinese New Year with its ‘Fu Dao’ (福到, meaning “luck has arrived”) campaign. As part of the campaign, every user who gifts an e-angpow to family and friends using the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfer feature on the app stands a chance to win 1-year free subscription of GoInsure Personal Accident insurance, RM18 GoPayz credit, or both!

 

To be eligible for the prizes, users just need to gift e-angpows of any value via the GoPayz Peer-to-Peer (P2P) transfer feature on the app between 25 January to 28 February 2021. Here’s how:

 

Step 1: Click on the ‘Send Money’ icon on the homepage. Please note that both Sender and Recipient must be a GoPayz Premium Wallet Account user to enjoy this function.

Step 2: Enter the transfer amount and purpose

Step 3: Select the recipient from contact book or enter the GoPayz’s user mobile number

Step 4: Enter GoPin to confirm the transfer and receive a notification upon successful transaction. Users may send money as many times as they wish to increase their chances of winning, but may only win once throughout the campaign.

 

Winners will be selected via two rounds - one on 17 February 2021 and the second will take place on 9 March 2021. For each round, 25 winners will be selected to receive 1-year free subscription of GoInsure coverage and RM18 GoPayz credit, and another 75 winners will receive the RM18 GoPayz credit only. In total, 200 winners will be rewarded during the two rounds of selection. Winners may spend the GoPayz credit anywhere where Mastercard, Visa and UnionPay are accepted or even withdraw the credit as cash at ATMs!
