U Mobile Online Store is an online shop that allows you to make purchases from the U Mobile website. You can shop for mobile devices, prepaid or postpaid rate plans, broadband plans and more from anywhere with an Internet connection.

• Shipping is free if you spend more than RM30.
• Once you receive your order reference number or email notification from U Mobile, you can expect delivery within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) if your delivery address is in the Klang Valley, or 5 working days if your delivery address is not within the Klang Valley.
• The delivery time estimate depends on the traffic conditions, dispatching schedule and routing.
• We offer nationwide delivery within Malaysia.
• Kindly take note that we cannot drop off packages at guard houses, guard posts or P.O. Boxes, even if you request it.
• You will need to produce your identification card for the delivery agent to verify that you are the recipient. The delivery agent will hand over the package to you once they have verified the recipient details.

If you are an existing customer with more than 6 months of tenure, you can easily activate your international data roaming service through the below channels:

2. Walk into any U Mobile Service Centre

For non-Malaysian citizens, RM200 deposit per line is required to activate International Roaming service.​

If you're currently using a physical SIM, you can request a U Mobile eSIM through either of the following channels:

1. Visit a U Mobile Store:
   - Walk in to any U Mobile Store to request for an eSIM.
   (Note: eSIM services are currently unavailable at stores operated by authorised partners or dealers. This will be enabled soon—please refer to the U Mobile website for updates.)
2. Use the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App
   - Conveniently request your eSIM directly through the app without needing to visit a store.

Below are the eligibility criteria to own a flagship phone by Easy Payment Plan programme:

• You are subscribed to ULTRA Postpaid 68 or ULTRA Global 98; and
• You have a credit card issued by our partnering bank.

For example, Bank A is a U Mobile partner who offers a 24-month instalment plan at 0% interest. To take advantage of this offer, customers must use a credit card issued by Bank A. This offer is not valid for payments made with credit cards issued by Bank B.
