Yes. We offer a Satisfaction Guaranteed Period, that allows you to cancel your plan within the Satisfaction Guaranteed Period and receive a full refund of the premium paid.
If you cancel at any point after the Satisfaction Guaranteed Period, you will have insurance protection up to the date of the next premium payment. No cash value or pro-rated premium will be refunded. You may cancel the plan by contacting Sun Life Malaysia Client Careline, U Mobile customer careline, U Mobile Self Care Portal or MyUMobile App.
Currently, there is no option for you to upgrade or downgrade. To change your plan, you may cancel the existing GoLife 5 and purchase GoLife 10. However, refunds will not be provided to you and the GoLife 5 coverage will end at the next premium due date.
For example, if you purchase GoLife 5 on 1 January 2022 and decide to terminate the plan on 15 April 2022, your existing coverage will be valid only until 30 April 2022.
