Currently, there is no option for you to upgrade or downgrade. To change your plan, you may cancel the existing GoLife 5 and purchase GoLife 10. However, refunds will not be provided to you and the GoLife 5 coverage will end at the next premium due date.
For example, if you purchase GoLife 5 on 1 January 2022 and decide to terminate the plan on 15 April 2022, your existing coverage will be valid only until 30 April 2022.
Note: You are advised to carefully review the premium amount and coverage before purchasing any plan.
i. Yes. If you have purchased the GoLife 5/10 plan, your insurance coverage will not be automatically terminated. The coverage will continue until the end of your insured period, even after the service is discontinued on the U Mobile platform.
ii. For example, if your GoLife 5/10 insurance coverage is effective from 31 August 2026, the coverage will continue until 30 September 2026.
Yes, you may cancel the plan via MyUMobile at any time. The insurance coverage for the GoLife 5/10 plan that you purchased will continue until the end of your insured period.
No. GoLife 5/10 will no longer be available for subscription or renewal after 31 August 2026. Kindly contact Sun Life Malaysia’s Client Careline at 1300-88-5055 or via email at wecare@sunlifemalaysia.com for GoLife 5/10 renewal enquiries.
