Update to the latest MyUMobile App, then scan the provided QR code to start the Face ID Verification process.
Step 2
ID Validation
Scan your ID that's placed on a flat surface.
Step 3
Facial Recognition
Position your face within the frame to capture a clear image.
Step 4
Complete Verification
Once successful, you will be redirected automatically. If not, tap on 'Validate' to finalise the process.

Please scan your SIM barcode.

Snap a photo of your ID. Malaysians: MyKad, MyPR, MyTentera or MyKAS.
Non-Malaysians: Passport.

Tap the camera icon to scan your face.

Your SIM pack is now successfully registered! U will receive a notification to confirm your activation.

Connect to a WiFi network and go to your iPhone Settings.

Tap on Mobile Service.

Tap on Add eSIM and select Use QR Code.

Scan the unique QR code provided to install your eSIM profile and you're all set!

Go to your Settings and tap on Connections.

Tap on Cellular or Mobile Data.

Select Add Mobile Plan.

If no plan can be found, select
Add Using QR code and scan the QR code provided.

Once the plan has been detected, tap Add to download and install the plan.

Select OK to turn on the plan.

Once the setup and activation is complete, your eSIM will appear on your SIM Card Manager.

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the ability for customers to switch to a new mobile service provider, while retaining their existing mobile number.
"Porting" is the act of switching to a new mobile service provider without having changed one's mobile number. The word porting is interchangeable with switching. Port-in is referring to a customer request to switch to a new operator and port-out is a customer leaving their existing operator.
Please DO NOT terminate your line with your current service provider as only active mobile numbers are allowed to switch to a new service provider.
