Notice: Extension Of 3G RAN Share Agreement With Maxis In Limited Areas

Kuala Lumpur, 12 December 2018 – U Mobile has entered into an extension of its 3G RAN share agreement with Maxis in limited areas. The term of the agreement is until end June 2019.

 

Over the past 18 months, U Mobile has embarked on an aggressive network replacement exercise across Malaysia and is in its final phase of roll-out. To ensure the transition to its very own newly built network is seamless for customers, the telco decided on entering into the agreement.

 

The telco is spending over RM 5 Billion on building a new and robust network to ensure its customers are able to enjoy a superior experience. U Mobile would like to thank its customers for their patience and continuous support during the transition period.
