Kenneth Chang
was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of U Mobile in March 2025 and is a Non-Independent Executive Director of the Company.
He brings more than 30 years of experience across the information and communications technology (ICT), internet and telecommunications industries. His areas of interest include emerging internet-based technologies, telecommunications services and digital infrastructure.
Kenneth is the founder and Executive Director of Web Commerce Communications Limited and Qinetics Solutions Sdn Bhd.
As a founding director of U Mobile since its inception in 2006, Kenneth played a key role in shaping the Company's strategic direction, operational growth and strategic investment initiatives. He currently serves as a member of U Mobile's Executive Committee and is also an Executive Director of U Telemedia Sdn Bhd, a shareholder of U Mobile.
Kenneth graduated from University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Electronic Engineering.
