Please contact your U Mobile Account Manager to request portal access. Alternatively, submit your request online
Set up, manage, and get the most out of your BusinessCare account.
Head to the BusinessCare Portal
Enter your username
and password, then click on “GET” to
request for an OTP to be sent via
email
Check your email for the OTP and
enter it in the required field. Then
click on the “Login” button
On the BusinessCare
Portal login page, click on
“Forgot Password”
Enter your username and
password, then click on
“GET” to request for an
OTP to be sent via email
Enter the OTP when
prompted. The reset
password screen will
appear
Set your new password
and confirm it to
complete the reset
Login to your
BusinessCare account
Go to My Profile >
Change Password
The password change
screen will appear
Enter your current
password, then set and
confirm your new
password
Note: If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to change your password. Ensure that your password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain a combination of capital and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Only authorized Customer Admins from registered corporate accounts. Access must be requested through your U Mobile Account Manager.
