U Mobile Wins Malaysia Mobile Service Provider of The Year Again

KUALA LUMPUR, 27 JUNE 2019 – U Mobile went home with a total of 4 awards at last night’s 2019 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards Ceremony.

 

Apart from receiving the title of being Malaysia’s Mobile Service Provider of the Year for the second year running, the telco also received acknowledgement for its Excellence in Customer Experience in the area of Mobile Experience, Online Experience and Overall Experience in Telecommunications Industry. These brings U Mobile’s award total in 2019 to four. Incidentally, U Mobile also received the exact same awards last year.

 

The 2019 Frost and Sullivan Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards ceremony was held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur on the 26 June 2019.
