Lih Ren joined U Mobile as Chief Business Officer on 1 October 2025, bringing with him over 27 years of experience in driving growth and transformation. Before joining U Mobile, he held senior leadership positions at True and DTAC in Thailand, as well as Digi in Malaysia. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade with Deloitte Consulting.

Lih Ren holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science from Coventry University, United Kingdom, and has completed the Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School.
