This Promotion will be applicable to your U Biz 38, 68 and 98 for life till the time you downgrade or terminate your U Biz 38, U Biz 68 or U Biz 98.
How do I check my Promotion status?
For Corporate Individual (CI), you may check your usage details via MyUMobile app, go to [View All Usage Details] and you will see your Ultra Hotspot 5G status.
For Corporate Company (CC), you may dial *118*7*4# to check daily data usage and balance.
Do I need to do anything after signing up to U Biz 38, 68 or 98?
For customers who sign up to U Biz 38, 68 and 98 within the promotion period, you will enjoy this Promotion automatically without any other action required.
I am an existing U Biz 38/68/98 user, how can I enjoy the Promotion?
For Corporate Individual (CI), you can activate your Ultra Hotspot 5G via MyUMobile app.
For Corporate Company (CC), Ultra Hotspot 5G is automatically activated for you.
Why is my Hotspot bucket still listed as 5GB in the MyUMobileApp?
You will still have a separate bucket of 5GB Hotspot data. After the 5GB Hotspot data quota is fully utilised, the following Hotspot usage will then be drawn from your main data.
If I sign up to U Mobile’s U SaveMore or U PayLater after the Promotion period, will I still enjoy this Promotion with my postpaid plan?

How would I know if I have exceeded my Data or Hotspot quota?
You will receive an SMS notification when you have exceeded 80% and 100% of the allocated quota for Data or Hotspot.
What happens when I finish my mobile internet Data?
You can purchase the Data Booster via the MyUMobile App once you have fully utilised your Data quota. The quota from Data Booster is shareable via Hotspot.
