The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is conducting the Internet Users Survey 2026 (IUS 2026) and Broadband Quality of Experience Survey 2026 (BQoES 2026) to understand the evolving behaviours and trends of Internet usage, as well as to assess consumers' quality of experience with fixed broadband and mobile broadband.

The survey will be conducted between September to December 2026 through telephone interviews to ensure broad and inclusive public participation.

Members of the public are assured that the survey is conducted solely for statistical and research purposes. No personal information, such as full names, credit/debit card details or bank information, will be requested. No payments, fees or financial transactions are involved, and the survey is not associated with any sales or commercial activities.

Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary and MCMC sincerely appreciates the cooperation and contribution of members of the public.
