  1. These Terms and Conditions for the Geran Digital PMKS Madani Campaign (“Campaign T&C”) must be read together with U Biz Bundle Terms and Conditions, Wi-Fi 6 5G Router Bundle with U Biz 5G Terms and Conditions and the ‘Geran Digital PMKS Madani Campaign’ FAQ which are all available on www.u.com.my (subject to further changes, at U Mobile’s absolute discretion, without prior notice to you).

  2. In the event of any discrepancies, this Campaign T&C shall prevail over the above-mentioned terms and conditions but only to the extent of such discrepancies only. Other terms that are not affected shall remain as is. For clarity, capitalised terms have the same meanings as in the U Biz Bundle Terms and Conditions.

  3. U Mobile reserves the right to vary, supplement, delete, amend or modify this Campaign T&C, from time to time without prior notice to you. By participating in the Campaign, you are deemed to have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and further agree that any decision by U Mobile in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, shall be final, binding and conclusive.
     

Eligibility

 

  1. In order to apply for the Grant, you must be a small and medium enterprise (“SME”) and fulfil the following eligibility requirements and other requirements as determined by Bank Simpanan Malaysia (“BSN”) or the Ministry of Finance (“MOF”):
    1. at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens;
    2. registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia and classified as SME;
    3. has been in operation for a minimum of six (6) months;
    4. has minimum average annual sales turnover of at least RM50,000; and
    5. any other criteria as determined by BSN or MOF from time to time.
       
  2. You must submit the following supporting documents to U Mobile during the application:
Type of Customers Supporting Document
New U Mobile business customers
  1. SSM/Business Registration Number (BRN); 
  2. Minimum 6 months in business operation; 
  3. RM50,000 annual sales or Bank Statement;
Existing U Mobile business customers
  1. With SSM/BRN registration;
  2. Tenure with U Mobile ≥ 6 months;
  1. We reserve the right to reject your application if you have any outstanding payments with U Mobile.

  2. To participate in this Campaign, you must subscribe to U Mobile as your sole service provider. You are only entitled to receive one (1) successful Grant. If you have successfully applied for the Grant through a different service provider, you will not be eligible to receive the Grant for any Service(s) with U Mobile.

  3. The Grant is on a first-come, first-served basis for SMEs nationwide, until the allocated Grant amount by the MOF is exhausted, or until the MOF or BSN – being the entity responsible for the release of the Grant – announces its discontinuation or suspension.
     

The Campaign

 

  1. This Campaign allows the Customer to enjoy the following offering (“Campaign Offering”) once they subscribe to the Campaign:

+ 1 x FREE WiFi-6 5G Router

+ 2 x FREE 5G Phones
  1. For each eligible SME that subscribes to the Campaign Offering(s), the amount allocated by MOF for the Grant through U Mobile is 50% of the total amount invoiced by U Mobile or up to RM5,000.00 only, whichever is lower.

  2. You acknowledge and agree that subscribing to the Campaign Offering(s) is not dependent on your successful application for the Grant.

  3. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you or any third party may incur as a result of any delays or the non-submission of your Grant application by us. Accordingly, you confirm and agree that by continuing to use the Campaign Offering(s), you expressly accept all risks of not receiving with the Grant.

  4. The Grant will be awarded to the Customers for twelve (12) months only (“Grant Period”). Starting the thirteenth (13th) month, the subscription will automatically convert to the commercial package rate.

  5. If the Campaign Offering(s) is suspended by during the Grant Period, the Grant amount will still be reflected in your invoices during the suspension period. The Grant Period will not be extended due to any suspension of the Service(s).

  6. MNP (Mobile Number Portability) is not applicable during the Grant application process.
     

Termination

 

  1. If you terminate the Campaign Offering(s) during the Grant Period, you will not be entitled to claim the remaining Grant amount in cash or any other payment methods. U Mobile has the right to retain the remaining Grant amount. You must pay U Mobile all applicable Charges, including an early termination charges. This includes an amount equal to the Grant you would have received for the rest of the Grant Period.

  2. The Grant amount is not convertible into cash or any other payment methods.

  3. The early termination charges are as follows:

Miscellaneous

 

“Campaign” means the Geran Digital PMKS Madani Campaign.

“Grant” means the grant disbursed to you, the Customer, by BSN through the Campaign.
