Where can I use ULTRA Business WiFi Borneo?
The service can be used only within Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan in coverage areas supported by the network of U Mobile.
It cannot be used in West Malaysia or outside these regions.
Actual availability depends on network coverage and device capability.

What is the SIM-only plan?
The SIM-only plan is a data-only service without any device included. You must use the SIM in a compatible modem or router for connectivity within Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Is there a contract for SIM-only?
SIM-only plans are generally offered without a device commitment unless stated otherwise in the product terms.
How do I use the SIM-only plan?
Insert the SIM into a compatible modem or router. Once activated and within coverage in Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan, the device will connect to the internet automatically.
What devices are compatible?
The SIM works with devices capable of 4G LTE or 5G connectivity. Compatibility depends on device specifications.
What is the 5G Router bundle?
The 5G Router bundle is a packaged offering that includes:

What is the commitment period?
The commitment period is 24 months from the date of bundle activation. Early termination fees may apply if the service is terminated before the commitment period ends.
How do I use the router?
Insert the ULTRA Business WiFi Borneo SIM into the provided 5G modem-router device. Power it on and allow a few minutes for network connection. You may then connect devices via WiFi or LAN.
What SIMs work with the router?
The router is configured to work only with ULTRA Business WiFi SIMs issued by U Mobile.
Can I choose my router model?
No. Router distribution is subject to stock availability and may be substituted with a device of comparable capability at our discretion.
Why does my router appearance vary?
Product images are for illustration purposes only. The device delivered may differ in appearance but will meet the specified capability.
Will the router work in 4G-only areas?
Yes. The router is compatible with both 4G and 5G networks. If 5G is unavailable, it will connect to the 4G network.
What is minimum usage term?
It is a 90-days period that begins when a customer signs up for or upgrades to an ULTRA Business WiFi plan. During this period, customers are not allowed to downgrade the plan.

Registration is available to eligible corporate company (CC) or corporate individual (CI) accounts, provided you are at least 18, a Malaysian citizen, within coverage in Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan, and have no outstanding payments.

Registration is available to eligible corporate company (CC) or corporate individual (CI) accounts, provided you are at least 18, a Malaysian citizen, within coverage in Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan, and have no outstanding payments.
The 5G Router bundle requires acceptance of a 24-month commitment.
Can existing SIM-only customers upgrade to the 5G Router bundle?
Yes. Existing SIM-only customers may upgrade to the 5G Router bundle through authorised channels, subject to eligibility and acceptance of the 24-month commitment.
Can eligibility criteria change?
Yes. Eligibility requirements may be updated in accordance with product terms and business requirements of U Mobile.
How can I terminate my contract or service?
You may walk in to the nearest service centre of U Mobile, contact your Enterprise Account Manager, or your Enterprise Partner.
Are there any fees for early termination?
Yes. If the bundle is terminated before the 24-month commitment, an Early Termination Fee may apply in accordance with the remaining contract term.
I forgot my WiFi password. How can I retrieve it?
The WiFi password is printed on a sticker under the router.
How long is the router covered by warranty?
The router is covered for 24 months from the date of bundle activation.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact your Enterprise Account Manager, Enterprise Partner, or Customer Service at 018-388 1318 to process your warranty claim.
What is WebGuard?
WebGuard is a security feature that helps block access to harmful or malicious websites when using ULTRA Business WiFi Borneo plans that include the feature.
What types of websites does WebGuard block?
WebGuard may block websites related to scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, spam and adult content. The list of blocked categories may be updated from time to time.
Does WebGuard guarantee complete protection?
WebGuard provides an added layer of protection but does not guarantee complete security. It works best when used alongside other security practices.
What is Unlimited Biz Apps?
Unlimited Biz Apps is a bundled feature that allows selected business applications to be used without consuming your data quota on applicable plans.

Will all my app usage be unlimited?
No. Only usage from designated apps is excluded from your data quota. Other apps and services will consume your plan’s data allowance.
