What SIMs work with the router?

What is minimum usage term?
It is a 90-days period that begins when a customer signs up for or upgrades to an ULTRA Business WiFi plan. During this period, customers are not allowed to downgrade the plan.

Registration is available to eligible corporate company (CC) or corporate individual (CI) accounts, provided you are at least 18, a Malaysian citizen, within coverage, and have no outstanding payments.
Can existing SIM-only customers upgrade to the 5G Router bundle?
Yes. Existing SIM-only customers may upgrade to the 5G Router bundle through authorised channels, subject to eligibility and acceptance of the 24-month commitment.
Can eligibility criteria change?
Yes. Eligibility requirements may be updated in accordance with product terms and business requirements.
How can I terminate my contract or service?
You may walk into the nearest U Mobile Service Centre, contact your Enterprise Account Manager, or your Enterprise Partner.
Are there any fees for early termination?
Yes. If the bundle is terminated before the 24-month commitment, you will be charged the remaining contract balance as an Early Termination Fee.

How long is the Router covered by warranty?

How do I make a warranty claim?

WebGuard is a built-in security feature that helps block access to harmful, malicious, scam, and inappropriate websites when using the ULTRA Business WiFi 78 plan.
What types of websites does WebGuard block?
WebGuard may block websites related to scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, spam and adult content. The list of blocked categories may be updated from time to time.
Does WebGuard guarantee complete protection?
WebGuard provides an added layer of protection against online threats. While it helps reduce risks, it does not guarantee complete protection and works best when used alongside other security solutions.
What is Unlimited Biz Apps?
Unlimited Biz Apps is a bundled feature that allows selected business apps to be used without consuming your ULTRA Business WiFi 78 plan data quota.
Which apps are covered under Unlimited Biz Apps?
Selected apps include TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Office apps, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Chat, Zoom, and WhatsApp. The list of supported apps may change from time to time. App usage is detected by the system and may vary slightly from actual usage.
Will all my app usage be unlimited?
No. Only usage from the designated apps is excluded from your data quota. All other apps and services will consume your plan’s data allowance.

The Fixed IP add-on gives your ULTRA Business WiFi SIM a dedicated, public IP address that stays the same while the SIM is active. It’s useful for applications that need a consistent connection, such as remote access, hosting services, or VPNs.
No, there is no fixed contract period.
The Fixed IP add-on is charged at RM50 per month, which will be reflected in your monthly bill.
If your ULTRA Business WiFi plan is terminated, your Fixed IP service will also be terminated automatically. To continue using the Fixed IP, you must maintain an active subscription to the respective plan.
- ULTRA Business WiFi 68: Set the APN on your router or device to my3gpub.
- ULTRA Business WiFi 78: No APN change is required.
Ensure your device is correctly configured according to its user manual.
Yes, you can use your own compatible router or device. Make sure it allows manual APN configuration. Refer to your device's user manual for setup instructions.
Yes, U Mobile offers selected 5G routers for customers who prefer a bundled device. If you are using a U Mobile-provided router, please refer to our setup guide.
Once your device is configured with the correct APN (if required), you can check your assigned Fixed IP by visiting a public IP checker website such as https://whatismyipaddress.com. The IP displayed should match the one assigned to you.
Each SIM is eligible for 1 Fixed IP only.
