在退还无法启动的手机时，你不需要支付运费。

Easy Payment Plan 简易付款计划是我们的手机分期付款/拥有计划，给您便利的付款方式，同时继续享有现有的 U SaveMore 福利。这个计划让您把手机的预付费用分摊到指定期数内以 0% 利息摊还，因此您可以更容易拥有手机，而且没有麻烦。

在 Easy Payment Plan 简易付款计划下，

• 首先，您通过 U SaveMore 购买 U Mobile 的旗舰手机；
• 然后，关于手机的预付费用：
  • 您可和我们合作的信用卡银行进行融资，把费用转成 0% 利息的每月分期付款。
  • 接着，选择由合作银行提供的摊还期。
  • 最后，相关费用的总额将根据您所选的月数平均分配。

分期付款期数从 6 个月到最长 24 个月不等，需视合作的信用卡银行、交易接触点（网上或商店）而定。最低的购买总额也因各别的信用卡银行而不同。您可参考下表：

Easy Payment Plan 简易付款计划的好处包括：

• 0% 利息：您大可放心购买旗舰手机，绝无任何额外的利息。
• 经济实惠：把费用平分成较小数额并在一段时间内摊还，让大额消费变得容易负担。
• 方便：每月分期付款让您弹性支付旗舰手机的费用。

想要通过 Easy Payment Plan 简易付款计划购买旗舰手机，您必须符合以下条件：

• 您已签购 U Postpaid 68 或 U Postpaid 98；及
• 拥有我们合作银行的信用卡。

举例：银行 A 是 U Mobile 的合作银行，提供 0% 利息 24 个月分期付款。顾客必须使用由银行 A 发出的信用卡，才能享有这项优惠。由银行 B 发出的信用卡则无法获得此优惠。

不能。您的手机合约期 U SaveMore 不能短过 Easy Payment Plan 简易付款计划的摊还期。

顾客共有 3 种付款方式来摊还手机的预付费用：

进入我们的手机网页（Devices | U Mobile），搜索 “Contract” 然后再过滤 Easy Payment Plan。

步骤一：选择您所要的手机，点击这里 (0% Easy Payment Plan | U Mobile)
步骤二：敬请核实您的个人资料与递送地点
步骤三：点击 YES 即可通过简易付款计划 Easy Payment Plan（EPP）来付款
步骤四：选择您所要的摊还期数与银行
步骤五：填妥您的信用卡资料，进行最后的付款

可以。您通常可以提前还清信用卡银行 0% EPP 的余额，而无须支付罚金。但我们建议您先向参与的银行了解各别的提前还清政策。

敬请参考这个情景：‘U Postpaid 98 24-month With Upfront’ 加上 EPP Tenure 12-month，顾客在第 12 个月提前还清银行。

然而，顾客和 U Mobile 还有 12 个月合约。如果要提前还清，顾客必须支付 U Mobile 一笔提前终止费用 Early Termination Fee（ETP）。
