Yes, it is. All U Biz™ 38, 68 and 98 subscribers with eligible 5G mobile devices in the Live 5G areas can access and experience the 5G network subject to 5G roll-out.
No, they do not.
An Upfront advance fee is an advance payment that is equivalent to the monthly commitment you would make when you first sign up for any Postpaid or broadband plan. For example, the upfront payment for the U Biz™ 38 plan will be RM38. This payment will be collected once you sign up for your chosen plan, and we will use it to offset your first monthly bill. It is not refundable.
However, you are not required to make any Upfront advance fee when you register for a U Biz™ plan. When you receive your first month’s bill statement, you will only be required to pay the utilization amount.
Yes, you will be automatically subscribed to e-billing upon signing up to U Biz™ 38, 68 or 98 which is free-of-charge. If you intend to change to a physical bill subscription, you can do so and will be charged monthly.
The monthly fee for Itemized bill is RM8, and the monthly fee for Non-itemized bill is RM5.
U Biz™ 98 subscribers can subscribe for U BizShare™ and can get up to six (6) U BizShare™ lines at RM38/line. U BizShare™ is not applicable for U Biz™ 38 and U Biz™ 68 subscribers.

U Biz™ 38, U Biz™ 68 & U Biz™ 98 come with Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing at a reduced speed of 64kbps until the next bill cycle. The FUP for U Biz™ 38 is 60GB, 100GB for U Biz™ 68 and 1000GB/1TB for U Biz™ 98.
No, you are given separate data quota for mobile hotspot usage which is drawn from your Mobile Hotspot bucket. After the data quota from your Mobile Hotspot bucket is fully utilised, data speed will be managed.

No, you will not be able to. You can only subscribe to the available Postpaid plans which includes U Biz™ 38, U Biz™ 68 and U Biz™ 98.
If you are currently on a Postpaid P38 plan, you will automatically be upgraded to the new U Biz™ 38 rate plan on 18 August 2022.
If you are currently on a GX68 Biz plan, your subscription will not be changed nor affected. You may subscribe to our new U Biz™ 68 plan via any of our Enterprise Account Manager, or speak to our Enterprise Business Partner near you - www.u.com.my/en/business/support/store-finder
