ULTRA Intelligent Security is a built-in security feature that helps block access to harmful, malicious, scam, and inappropriate websites when using U Mobile 5G/4G network. It also able to protect against scam calls and fraudulent SMS.
ULTRA Intelligent Security may block websites related to scams, phishing, malware, illegal content, spam and adult content. The list of blocked categories may be updated from time to time.
ULTRA Intelligent Security provides an added layer of protection against online/scam calls/fraudulent SMS threats. While it helps reduce risks, it does not guarantee complete protection and works best when used alongside other security solutions.
No, you will not be able to. You can only subscribe to the available ULTRA Business Postpaid plans which includes ULTRA Business 45, ULTRA Business 68, ULTRA Business Reserve Pro and ULTRA Business Reserve Elite.
It is a 90-days period that begins when Postpaid customers change their sim-only plan to current selling plans. During this period, customers are not allowed to perform downgrade or change to Prepaid.
The organization and employee of the organizations of the age 18 years old or older at the date of sign up of ULTRA5G Business 45, 68, Reserve Pro or Reserve Elite rate plan either under corporate individual (“Corporate Individual”) or corporate official (“Corporate Official”) account; and
A. are new U Mobile customers;
B. who port in from other service providers (MNP Port-ins) or;
C. existing U Mobile customers (prepaid-to-postpaid conversion, and rate plan changes)

Yes, all ULTRA5G Business rate plans come with unlimited SMS quota. However, the unlimited SMS does not apply to non-personal or commercial activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
Excessive, commercial, or non-personal usage may be subject to pay-per-use rates or potential suspension/termination of the service.
An Upfront Advance Fee is an advance payment that is equivalent to the monthly commitment you would make when you first sign up for any Postpaid or broadband plan. For example, the upfront payment for the ULTRA Business 45 plan will be RM45. This payment will be collected once you sign up for your chosen plan, and we will use it to offset your first monthly bill. It is not refundable.
However, you are not required to make any Upfront advance fee when you register for a ULTRA Business plan. When you receive your first month’s bill statement, you will only be required to pay the utilization amount.
Yes, you will be automatically subscribed to e-billing upon signing up to ULTRA Business 45 / ULTRA Business 68 / ULTRA Business Reserved Pro or ULTRA Business Reserve Elite which is free-of-charge. If you intend to change to a physical bill subscription, you can do so and will be charged monthly.
The monthly fee for Itemized bill is RM8, and the monthly fee for non-itemized bill is RM5.
ULTRA Business Device SIM is not available for ULTRA Business 45, ULTRA Business 68 & ULTRA Business Reserved Pro. However, ULTRA Business Reserved Elite subscribers can subscribe for ULTRA Business Device SIM and can get up to Five (5) additional ULTRA Business Device SIM lines at RM38/line.
No. All monthly bundled minutes and internet data are only available for domestic usage.
We charge your voice and video calls based on a 30-second charging block. Unlimited calls are only applicable for local voices calls.
You will receive an SMS notification when you have exceeded 80% and 100% of your allocated quota.
No, there will be no extra charges and your data will be throttled to 512kbps after exceeding your data quota.
Yes, your hotspot usage will be drawn from your monthly bundled Data.
You can purchase the Data Booster via the MyUMobile App / BusinessCare portal once you have fully utilized your Data quota. The Data Booster can also be utilized for hotspot.
