1. Can I still get the 50% off rebate offer that was offered for Wireless Broadband previously?
No, you will not be able to get the 50% rebate offer for Wireless Broadband as the promotion has ended on the 17thAugust 2022.
2. Would I still get to enjoy my 50% off for my current Wireless Broadband package that I have subscribed as the promotion has ended on the 17th August 2022?
Yes, if you are already on the 50% off promotion, you will still get to enjoy the discount for 24 months from the time you signed up the offer and maintain your current Postpaid plan.
3. How do I ensure that I get to continue to enjoy the 50% rebate offer for my Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband?
You will get to enjoy your 50% rebate if you remain active and maintain current Postpaid line that was tied to the offer.
Do note that if you perform any of the following action to either your existing Postpaid line or the Broadband services, it will deem that you have violated the eligibility rule and the promotion will no longer be valid for your plan.
a) change to non-eligible Postpaid plans
b) change product to non-eligible WB (e.g. change to WB48)
c) change ownership
d) deactivation
e) port-out
4. Will I still be entitled to the 50% monthly fee rebate if I cancel my existing mobile plan (GX68 and above) before receiving my 24-month Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband monthly rebate in full?
You will not be eligible for the 50% monthly fee rebate if you cancel your existing mobile plan (GX68 and above) before the end of the 24-month rebate duration for your Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plan.
5. Will I get the 50% rebate offer for my final month bill if I terminate before contract period?
Please note that you will not be entitled to the 50% rebate offer on your final month bill if you terminate your Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband service before the end of your 24 months rebate period from the time when you sign up for this offer. Your final bill will be pro-rated based on the full rate plan and it will be according to your billing period cycle.
6. What happens after I receive my full 24 months of rebates on my Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband monthly fee?
You will start paying the full monthly fee for your WB68, WB88 or WB128 plan in the following month.
