(i) Perlindungan Tenang Voucher Programme (PTV) is a financial assistance scheme where a RM75 voucher is allocated for eligible Bantuan Prihatin Rakyat (BPR) recipients to help them purchase Perlindungan Tenang products from licensed insurers and takaful operators.
(ii) Perlindungan Tenang Voucher Programme is an initiative by the Government of Malaysia to expand the social protection for eligible BPR recipients in the country.

GoLife 10 is a Perlindungan Tenang product, underwritten by Sun Life Malaysia Assurance Berhad Registration No. 199001005930 (197499-U) (“SLMA”), an insurer licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia under the Financial Services Act 2013 and is promoted by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) to its customers. Every eligible BPR recipient is only entitled to redeem one time redemption of RM75 Perlindungan Tenang Voucher with single insurer/takaful operator.
If you are an eligible recipient for this Programme, you will be entitled to 8 months complimentary premium of GoLife 10.
Registration for this Programme will open from 01 January 2022 until 14 July 2022.
You can opt-in this Programme via SMS or MyUMobile App through the following steps:
a) SMS - Reply GOOD to 28139
b) Login to MyUMobile App > Rewards > Special Offer > Take Up This Deal
You will receive a SMS notification from U Mobile once you have successfully opted-in.
However, your GoLife 10 - 8 months insurance coverage will only start upon receipt of the e-certificate via SMS or email from SLMA.
The e-certificate will be sent to you within 4 working days from your opt-in date.

The premium for your GoLife 10 will be charged upon the completion of the 8 months insurance coverage and on monthly basis for subsequent renewals. Your coverage will continue on monthly basis with recurring payments unless you cancel your GoLife 10.
For Postpaid subscriber, the premium charged will be reflected in your Postpaid bill;
For Prepaid subscriber, the premium will be deducted from your Prepaid credit.
Yes. You will be entitled to receive coverage until the expiry of the coverage period.
Yes, you may cancel your insurance plan within 15 days from the delivery date of the first e-certificate. The RM75 Perlindungan Tenang voucher will be reinstated within 3 working days if you cancel the insurance plan during the free look period.
Note:
Eligible recipients are not allowed to reuse the voucher to purchase another policy if cancellation is made after the 15-day free look period.
You must fill in the nomination form , which can be downloaded from SLMA’s Website. You must submit the completed nomination form manually to SLMA’s head office or online via SLMA’s Website. Yes, the voucher can be used to renew existing GoLife 10 policies (during the Perlindungan Tenang Voucher Programme period) if you are the eligible BPR.
You will receive the SMS or email confirmation on GoLife 10 policy coverage under Perlindungan Tenang Voucher programme from SLMA if you are eligible.
