a. Postpaid (Malaysian):

1. New customer: International Roaming Service is pre-activated when you signed up for a Postpaid plan.
2. Existing customer: You can activate International Roaming Service by either: visiting U Mobile branches, call to +6018-3881318, or via MyUMobile App if your tenure with U Mobile is more than 6 months
    

b. Postpaid (Non-Malaysian):

1. New and Existing customer: International Roaming Service can be activated via U Mobile centres and RM200 deposit per line will be required.
    

c. Prepaid: International Roaming Service is pre-activated for all Prepaid subscribers.
